I arrived at the venue midday on Sunday. I was immediately welcomed by SixtySkills and the other attendees. The location was perched on the top of the hill, with amazing views down into and across the valley. We stayed in a beautiful oasis in the middle of the jungle.
Monday started bright and early. SixtySkills had an opening ceremony where he formally welcomed the participants and then explained the schedule for the week. SixtySkills didn’t waste any time! We started with a few group meditations to get us mentally prepared. Then we did some standing postures to get the energy flowing. After lunch, we got right into the physical training. We did some basic rebounding exercises. Then we did a letter sit, followed by rebounding with that letter. Afterwards, we finished the day with another group meditation to clear out all the energies.
Tuesday morning started with a lecture on Ermei Mountain Diamond Palm Pranayama, followed by some practice. Then, we did another letter sit, followed by some rebounding with the elements. After lunch we had another sit where we worked on equilibrium. We ended the day with some breath retention exercises, underwater, in the pool.
Wednesday morning we went to the beach at sunrise. We did some pranayama and then practiced walking with the Electric and Magnetic lines. After a short break, we reconvened back at the venue. SixtySkills gave us a lecture on longevity and how our practice can enhance it. Next, SixtySkills guided us through the Three Releases, followed by an evocation of one of the geniuses in Bardon’s second book. We ended the day with some rebounding using the elements.
Thursday morning we were back on the beach at sunrise. We did our pranayama and weighted walking with the elements. We did a guided sit on the beach, followed by breath retention exercises in the Pacific Ocean. Afterwards, we went back to the venue to clean up and prepare for the next evocation. We did the evocation and it was powerful! We then had a lecture on the Holy Eucharist, followed by a demonstration with The Living Crystal. We charged some food and drink. After eating and drinking the charged food we did some yoga nidra. After that was rebounding with Akasha and Non Dual Light. We ended the day with a lecture on the Zero Point method, followed by a guided meditation using the method.
Friday morning started before dawn on the beach. We did our pranayama, a short equilibrium sit and weighted walking with Akasha and Non Dual Light. We went back to the venue for some Q&A. After lunch, SixtySkills gave us a lecture and demonstrated some moxibustion techniques. Then, he did a Tibetan Trulkhor demonstration. We did one last Akasha and Non Dual Light sit. SixtySkills finished the week with a powerful closing ceremony!
I am amazed at how much SixtySkills was able to incorporate into just one week. It was a lot of work, but not overly exhausting. I got to meet some amazing practitioners and made some new friends. I would highly recommend attending the next SixtySkills seminar. You will not be disappointed.
